This notice explains how Vertio handles information submitted through its prelaunch website, waitlist, applications, partner inquiries, and testing program.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, apply for creator access, or contact Vertio as a partner, we collect the information you submit. That may include your name, email address, organization, interests, project details, testing availability, device preference, referral source, and message. We also record basic technical and source information such as browser type, referring page, and campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the Vertio prelaunch program, review applications, respond to inquiries, invite and support testers, improve the product, prevent abuse, and send updates you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Prelaunch information is stored with service providers that host Vertio's website and database. Access is limited to approved Vertio administrators and service providers acting for Vertio. We use authentication, access controls, encrypted transport, and audit-oriented records to protect it.
Retention and your choices
We keep prelaunch records while they are needed to operate the program, evaluate access, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your information for marketing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
