Terms of use

These terms govern use of Vertio's public prelaunch website, forms, and early-access program.
Prelaunch access
The Vertio website, waitlist, applications, and alpha opportunities are offered for evaluation and planning. Joining a list or submitting an application does not guarantee access, selection, timing, funding, distribution, or any business relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, scrape protected areas, or use automated systems to overwhelm forms or services.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of the information and creative material you submit. You give Vertio permission to review, store, and use the submission only as needed to evaluate your request, operate the prelaunch program, communicate with you, and improve the service. Do not submit confidential material unless Vertio has separately agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.
Alpha and tester participation
Alpha features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. Additional testing, confidentiality, consent, or participation terms may apply before access is activated. Vertio may pause or end access to protect users, the product, or the program.
Availability and responsibility
The prelaunch site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vertio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

This prelaunch notice should be reviewed by Vertio's counsel before a broad public launch or material expansion of data use.
